On veterinary measures for autumn and winter 2026-2027

In accordance with Veterinary Control Regulation No. 77 (1998), I ORDER:

1. The State Veterinary Inspectorate and the district veterinary stations shall carry out the autumn vaccination round from 15 September to 30 November 2026 by the plan in Annex 1.
2. Vaccination against anthrax, foot-and-mouth disease, brucellosis (young sheep and goats) and sheep pox is free for owners. Rabies vaccination at the station is free.
3. Animals returning from summer pastures shall be vaccinated within 10 days of their return.
4. Ear tags for 2027 shall be issued free from 1 December 2026. Form 1-VET is not issued for untagged animals.
5. The Talas Veterinary Research Center shall test for brucellosis cattle over 12 months in the herds of Talas, Kara-Buura and Chu districts by 31 December 2026.
6. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Chief State Veterinary Inspector G. Kenesheva.
