On the autumn moisture-charging watering of 2026 and the closing of the main canals for the winter

In accordance with the Water Use and Irrigation Act № 95-14 and the seasonal water allocation plan for 2026 (Order No. 64 of 25.03.2026), I ORDER:

1. The Talas Basin Agricultural Directorate, the Chu Valley Irrigation Inspectorate and the water users' associations shall carry out the autumn moisture-charging watering from 26 October to 18 November 2026 by the schedule in the Annex.
2. The main canals shall be closed for the winter after the watering of the last association on each canal. The Lower Naryn canals are closed from 15 October 2026 under the winter release regime of the Naryn.
3. Repairs and lining works of the Irrigation Modernization Programme shall be carried out during the closure and completed before 25 March 2027.
4. The water users' associations shall submit to the Directorate and the Inspectorate by 1 December 2026 the account of water delivered and fees collected in 2026.
5. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the First Deputy Minister K. Temirbaev.
