Spring field work begins: seed and fertilizer at the reserve prices
Spring field work has begun in the Talas and Chu valleys. The seed reserve of the Talas Basin Agricultural Directorate sells certified wheat and barley seed and mineral fertilizer at reduced prices at the district extension offices from 10 March.
The Ministry reminds farmers that seed must be bought with the land certificate and a certificate from the water users' association that there are no arrears for water.
