Minister receives the Chu farmers' petition on the water schedule
Minister Melis Nurmatov received a petition from about 4,000 farmers of Chu District, delivered by the chair of the district farmers' association, Jyparkul Eshmat kyzy. The farmers ask for the summer irrigation schedule to be published a month in advance.
The Minister said the Ministry would study the request with the Chu Valley Irrigation Inspectorate.
