Talas water: releases from Kyzyl-Adyr counted in the share
The technical meeting with Kazakh water officials agreed that releases from the Kyzyl-Adyr Reservoir are counted in the share of the Talas flow passed downstream. The Kazakh side had complained that it received less than half of the flow.
